Sunitha Gopisetti’s primary responsibility is the General Management of Team 01, with special focus on finances. Her focus has been on optimizing cash flow and financial planning as well as analyzing the company’s financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective actions.

She manages studio ensuring that tasks and objectives are being met, monitoring the overall performance of the studio producing and planning strategic operating plans and objectives for the long-term future.

She plays a major role in developing and cascading the organization’s strategy implementing corrective practices to align personnel with company goals.
